Inspired by Vanguard 'Lego' Style

This is one of the "Cardfight!! Vanguard" playmats designed by me. A little while ago I was thinking "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a Vanguard product in Lego?", and the next thing I knew I had this in development! The "Lego Tiles" were drawn out in Adobe Illustrator, and are accurate in size to a 1x1 Lego piece from measurements I found on the web. To give the bricks more of a metallic feel, I reduced their opacity and placed a brushed steel texture behind them. If you look closely enough, you can see the shine on the metal surface getting brighter the further into the centre of the mat you go. This was one of my easier designs, as the overall field only took the better part of a day to develop.
